Section A – Travel Insurance against Insolvency
As stipulated in Regulation 21 of the Travel Agents Regulations 2017, we Pomi Travels Pte Ltd are required to inform you, the Client, to consider purchasing travel insurance –
(a) against any failure or disruption in our provision of the travel product arising out of any insolvency on our part; and
(b) in favour of all travellers for whom the payment or deposit is to be made.
(In simple terms: the law requires us to let you know that you can buy insurance to protect your payment if our company closes down before your trip. Buying it is your choice. We only need you to tell us your decision and sign below.)
Section C – Acknowledgement
You acknowledge being informed to consider purchasing travel insurance as per Section A and your decision was recorded in Section B. Please acknowledge the accuracy of this form by signing below.
